She specializes in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Cupping, injury recovery and prevention. She has experience in working with many types of injuries and chronic pain. Orthopedic Massage is a system rather than a single technique, that involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of soft tissues to resolve pain and dysfunction. Kelly works to address the cause of the pain, whether it's from injury or postural imbalances, to help facilitate the healing process. Kelly is a veteran of the NH Air National Guard, and is grateful for the opportunity to work with the VA to provide medical massage treatments for our veterans, and to work with such an incredible and professional team at Ka lani! "Kelly is a magician! She has a beautiful technique, with a perfect blend of bliss and release. I am so grateful to have Kelly’s gift as a part of my self-care! ~ Lauren S Kelly Ashe, MS, OTR/L, LMT
Kelly offers a blend of pain-relieving massage therapy with the benefits of Occupational Therapy - or “OT-informed massage.” Kelly earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Utica University (’19) and is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy (’09). By partnering with her clients to establish a personalized self-care routine between treatments, clients have the opportunity to grow and accomplish their goals, transforming from passive to active players in their pain management. Kelly specializes in providing massage treatments for musculoskeletal injuries such as whiplash, headache/migraine, and spinal disc injuries, and Occupational Therapy programs to rehabilitate after injury and surgery (e.g. rotator cuff repair, upper extremity joint replacements, liposuction). Those living with progressive illnesses, (e.g. Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), can receive personalized consults and recommendations for finding independence, despite challenges created by progressive disease. Kelly also offers thermal treatments such as ultrasound, and paraffin baths for hands and wrists; these treatments can be especially beneficial for those with older scar tissue, or greater sensitivity or pain. OT-informed massage treatments can be deeply relaxing and goal-oriented at the same time – encouraging a sense of well being, and empowering clients with tools and techniques to reach their therapeutic goal. "I have been going to Ka Lani Massage Specialists every month for over two years to help reduce 62 year old lower back, hamstring, and quad tightness from a somewhat physical job restoring and protecting my clients kitchen and bath surfaces. All of the therapists I have experienced have been excellent. Kelly Ashe is a new therapist that is a fantastic addition to Ka Lani. So happy she is working Thursdays. The couples massage experience is also awesome. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always spotless and looking nice as well. Thank you for keeping me moving!" Paul M. Jordan has always known she wanted to be a massage therapist, and as a small child she used to run "Jordan's Relaxation Spa" when her family would get together every Sunday. In her adult life, she took a brief interlude to gain her bachelors of History at the University of new Hampshire, where she graduated in 2017. After a soul searching adventure hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2018, she decided to finally commit to pursuing her dream of being a therapeutic massage professional. Jordan enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at Great Bay Community College and graduated in the summer of 2020. Jordan is so excited to work at Ka lani and gain more in-depth and hands on knowledge about the various holistic healing modalities within the field of bodywork.
Jordan is a natural when it comes to massage therapy and has an impeccable re-booking rate among new and long term clientele. One of Jordan's greatest skills is her ability to focus on the more detailed aspects of the body and ensure her clients various concerns are met in a stress free and thorough way. Since joining the Ka lani team, Jordan has completed certifications in Reiki I and II, Advanced Cupping, Prenatal and Post Partum Massage, and Aromatherapy, as well as completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. I've had dozens of massages before going to Ka Lani. I meant to write a good review after my first visit, but never got around to it. I would have written something like: "Jordan has great technique, ability to read the body, and capacity to apply force. What's more, the Ka Lani staff are all professional and good natured; they've dialed in how to anchor quality massage therapy." After that first visit, I was thinking it was definitely in the top 3 massage experiences I had ever had (the other two being with LMT's in Lisbon and in New Mexico). In any case, I'm glad I didn't get a chance to write up that positive review because Jordan's adaptability over time (massage-after-massage), her strength, ideas for stretching, her sense of humor, and her simply being good people (all part of the overall experience) have left me -- I'm still a little at a loss of words to describe it -- overwhelmed in the most positive of ways. I tend to be a difficult-to-convince, evidence-based thinker who had heard people describe "other-level" massages, therapy that was not incorporeal exactly, but maybe "trans-corporeal," but I had never really experienced anything like this before, where the loosening of muscles becomes an intensifier, the massage an emotional opening of the self, transcending the physical. - Charlie V.

After graduating from Great Bay Community College’s massage program, Devon began utilizing his understanding of body mechanics to support his massage clients. As a massage therapist, Devon uses deep tissue, Swedish, and Trigger point techniques with a focus on pain management and areas of restriction. Born into a Native American family, Tabby has always been accustomed to the beauty of natural healing. She believes that the best way to stay healthy is to focus, not only on the physical body, but on the mind and soul as well. She would describe her massages as relaxing and stress reducing. Tabby also enjoys doing deeper work and stretching if the client so chooses. Before becoming a team member at Ka Lani, Tabby worked at two medical facilities on the Seacoast. She worked along side a Chiropractor and under direct supervision of nursing staff. She believes that her experience has given her a wealth of knowledge and she can't wait to share it with you!
Tabby was an awesome therapist! It was very relaxing and soothing! She was firm but gentle working my tired achey body. 5 Stars Shantel Surles, LMT

Shantel has been working in the wellness industry since 2014 and assists clients through a lens of bio-individuality. She understands that each person has unique experiences, environmental exposures, and activities of daily living, which create unique internal environments causing people to respond differently to certain nutrients, stimuli, and chemicals, which means there is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach to health. Her “non-cookie cutter” approach begins with assessment of client goals, stress levels, lifestyle and postural patterns to identify imbalances in the body and create personalized therapeutic treatment plans. Kathleen Potts, PT,LMT
Kathy has always been intrigued with the body's structure, function, and paths for healing. Our bodies are amazing and have the capacity for healing and massage is one such path.
Earning her bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy over 30 years ago provided the grounds for continued learning and working with many clients primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Kathy felt compelled to add massage therapy as an alternative approach for her clients and completed her Massage Therapy training in 1992. II Through continued education and a deeper understanding of the muscular system Kathy has developed a unique massage style which is gentle yet deep and effective in releasing tight muscles and tissues. Her massages may combine Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point release, cranial sacral and myofascial techniques as guided by the client. Kathy firmly believes in listening to the client and their body during a massage. This intuitive style helps to unravel the mysteries of symptoms such as lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain and more. Kathy also enjoys working with the energy of basalt stones and offers hot stone massage. The warmth from the stones is an affective adjunct in muscle relaxation thus a means to release the deeper tissue layers. With a deep desire to understand natural healing on a new level Kathy began studying energy healing techniques. Kathy is trained in Reiki, Magnified Healing and Integrated Energy Therapy®. She holds her Holy Fire Reiki Master, Magnified Healing Level I and Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor certificates. Kathy has an innate understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind and body and believes our bodies are beautiful vessels that need love and nurture.
